“When I wash bed linens (sheets and duvet covers) the load takes almost 2 hours, i tried both on normal cycle and on bedding/waterproof. Is this normal? Is there anything that I can be doing differently to avoid this?”

It is the same with my washer. I haven't found a way around the wash time either. Except use the quick wash.
