“Has anyone had any issues with mold in this washer. Do you have to keep the lid open when not in use like you do on front loaders to prevent mold and bad smell. Can the soap and softener dispenser be removed for cleaning”

• Yes the dispenser can be fully removed. Haven't had this model for long, had similar samsung one before and never had problem with smell or mold. Top loaders don't have water that gets trapped in rubber seal like front loaders do. I do usually leave lid open for 20 minutes or so after removing a load so that it airs out and dries though.
