Should this all in one shake? When using, it is very aggressive and keeps erroring out to an FD code. Is the shaking normal when going into a spin cycle? null

I’ve never had this issue.  Have had it about 4 days and have done 3 “normal” loads without this issue.  I’d call CS

No, excessive shaking is not normal. You can follow the guide outlined in the user manual to resolve the issue with the unit shaking and displaying an error code.

For issues with excessive shaking, please follow the guide on page 91 under the topic "Excessive vibrations or makes noise."
