“Why can't you use presoak, fabric softener & deep fill at the same time? Once I hit deep fill, the presoak and softener options turn off.”

Greetings, The other option will be turned off once you hit the Deep Fill, while on the Normal cycle, the wash cycle will automatically change to Deep Wash.
