Yes. Samsung customer service is TERRIBLE. I was actually told by the customer service rep that she would never buy such an expensive set. You could buy two cheaper machines for the price of one of these... biggest mistake ever! Should have bought the whirlpool.

Our Main Board went out. Geek Squad came out and was able to fix it. It is New Tech, better get the protection plan.
