A:AnswerYes. Samsung customer service is TERRIBLE. I was actually told by the customer service rep that she would never buy such an expensive set. You could buy two cheaper machines for the price of one of these... biggest mistake ever! Should have bought the whirlpool.
A:AnswerYes, 6cu is a lot bigger than the 5.5. The 5.5 is really a 4.5cu at the bottom and 1.5cu at the top. I have family of 4 and the 5.5 is perfect for us.
A:AnswerHi EddyO! There shouldn't be an issue as far as performance goes, you will be able to was clothes on the top load without a glitch. As far as comfort goes, it could be a bit uncomfortable since you can't open it all the way. ^Penny
