“Do you use the aquapod detergent pod on top of or underneath the laundry? The manual has conflicting info....one page says place it underneath and the next page says to place it on top?!”

I put them underneath as if you were using the little cup that is usually used for the top washer.

High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with Steam and FlexWash on where to insert the detergent. Regarding your concern, on the upper washer, this is where you put a small load, and you will see on the side is for the fabric softener, and the left side would be for the bleach; as for the detergent, this needs to be added manually we require you use Aqua Pebble. The lower washer provides three cleaning agent compartments: the left-most compartment for the liquid or powdered detergent, the right first one for bleach, and the far-right for fabric softener Here is the link to your user manual for further assistance.
