• Hi, I’ve been having the same issue, I’m about to have a panic attack Jk. It’s really frustrating! I went on YouTube for help and I heard that technical support said that you can’t use softener and detergent in the same cycle, if you realize when detergent its on the softener will turn off, but I would be glad if one of then worked, I can’t get neither one to work.
