QuestionHi, just bought it 1 day, how come it washing too weak even a small load and setup with heavy duty..? And done washing too fast even more than an hour time set. Only Rinse and Spin more than washing. Help please! And the water fill in just little

- Answer I myself thought the same thing. I’ve been using the “Deep fill” with the “deep wash” feature and it works great! From there you can adjust the “soil” “spin” “rinse” etc. You can then pretty much customize your wash cycle. The machine will then adjust itself depending on the size load you put in. That’s what those weird symbols are after you hit the start button.

- Answer Hi, I’ve been having the same issue, I’m about to have a panic attack Jk. It’s really frustrating! I went on YouTube for help and I heard that technical support said that you can’t use softener and detergent in the same cycle, if you realize when detergent its on the softener will turn off, but I would be glad if one of then worked, I can’t get neither one to work.

- Answer Hi Rita, No, there is no need to place the washer on a base as long as proper location requirements are met. - Answer Greetings! Let us provide you with the details you need to use the Smart Care app on this Samsung washing machine model. There are 2 apps that this Samsung washing machine is compatible with. The first is the SmartThings app and the second is the Smart Care app. Smart Care is a diagnostic tool that can be used when an information code appears on the display. SmartThings is an app that can be used for Smart Control where the washing machine can be controlled via the app. I have shared this model's user manual link below.
