Greetings! Let us provide you with the details you need to use the Smart Care app on this Samsung washing machine model. There are 2 apps that this Samsung washing machine is compatible with. The first is the SmartThings app and the second is the Smart Care app. Smart Care is a diagnostic tool that can be used when an information code appears on the display. SmartThings is an app that can be used for Smart Control where the washing machine can be controlled via the app. I have shared this model's user manual link below.
