“SOUND/NOISE Hi there! We are not stuck on a front or top load, what we are stuck on is NOISE. We were told by someone that top load machines are much quieter, but a lot of the reviews for this model says it's quiet. We are putting our laundry right next to our bedroom, hence the quiet request. Would you suggest this washer or a different one for least noise? We purchased an LG top load washer last year for our previous home and we did not like it. It was loud and did not clean our clothes. The matching dryer was amazing though. Thanks in advance!!”

A very quite washer, you have to check to make sure it has started washing.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got rid of the LG (front loader) and made this purchase. I love this one hands down! Top loaders require more water (savings - plus I live in drought CA) and I don't feel they wash as well because of the research I have done and the thought of it just spinning from side to side (circular motion only) as opposed to the clothing spinning all directions (around and top to bottom). This one is quiet, does a thorough wash, and best of all is large enough that it cut my wash time in half! It makes my male teens clothing smell and feel like new again. Did I mention I wash my cal king comforters in the machine without closing the door like the stuffed hallway closet door! It's HUGE!
