This set is awesome! Extremely quiet, you don't even know your doing laundry. When it comes to the size, I no longer have to take my King size comforter sets to the dry cleaner!

Improper install that resulted in a flooded Landry room. Took almost an hour to clean up about 8 gallons of water because the drain hose was not installed properly. When I spoke with best buy, all I got was the run around , no compensation, and shift of blame saying it is not best buy problem so talk to the delivery company that bestbuy . First off, I am a customer of bestbuy so any issues I have should be reported to them. Secondly, it should not be my responsibility to call the delivery company that bestbuy used to resolve the problem. Am I wrong? On the other hand, customer service from the delivery company was great. After I left a message, Rob contacted me and resolved my issues.

Washer works great and, even though the pair is quite large, they work GREAT stacked (at lease for us, as we are tall people...would be hard for someone shorter to reach the dryer controls). The only complaint I have about this washer is that it, at times, will leave a small pool of water in the soap dispenser at the end of a load...???...not sure why. Other than that, it's great...quiet, saves tons of water, and can handle large loads.

This thing sings to you when it's done. I know that's not really anything important about how good it works but it's kind of refreshing. Reminds you of how much money you spent on it I guess. Anyway, this washer (like the dryer which will ALMOST mirror this review) has a TON of settings. You can opt to STACK them but be aware that this set is HUGE folks. I mean, you better do some measuring in your laundry room as far as doors and how the door swings, etc. before you commit. Be sure to READ the user manual thanks to all those settings too but it's worth it. ONLY thing I would change is an option to hold the door open so it can air out. You see, you can not leave the door closed because it's air tight and any sitting water will eventually rust the machine, voiding the warranty. So unless your machine is perfectly leveled, you will have to do what we did and improvise (see photo). Oh, and we bought them during a major holiday which meant $500 off. WINNING!!

Well we needed to upgrade our washing machine so that the dog beds could be easily washed and I gotta say I am very impressed with this washer. It handles the extra large dog beds with ease and large comforters. We haven't upgraded the dryer yet, but I can see that we will need to because if you wash a full load of clothes don't expect to dry that entire load in a normal size dryer. We have to split it into two loads for the dryer. So what we've done until then is just do enough laundry in a load that the dryer can handle for now. Which is no big deal since the washer senses the load size and still uses the appropriate amount of water to wash thereby preventing waste of extra water. We purchased the stand for it and even though it's pricey, it's worth every penny to not have to bend down. It's a large washer. You don't realize how big until it's sitting next to a normal size washer or dryer! Highly recommend.

I've been saving to replace my old conventional washer and dryer with the Samsung set. I love it! I'm amazed how much you can load into this washer. No matter what the size load it comes out very clean. I've used the steam setting when I've had things with stubborn stains. It has even removed old stains my husband had on his work clothes that have been run through the washer and dryer many times before. Can't recommend this washer enough! I also really like not having to buy the pedestals. This set sits up just as high. No need to spend another $250.00 for pedestal. Definitely a great buy at BEST BUY!

Very big, easy to use, came with new hoses, 5-15P plug. This would be a good machine for inside, it very quite. The many setting are easy to change to get your favorite settings. Does not wiggle or bounce around like other front loading machines.

Originally bought a different manufacturer's product but discovered their steam dryer did not have a water hook-up. Not interested in filling it manually, we switched to this one. It's the World's Largest washer! It is so quiet and cleans very well. Tons of options. It's amazing.

This washer is huge! It easily fits our king size down comforter. It has a lot of different settings, and ways to customize each setting, but still easy to use. Cleans the clothes/bedding thoroughly.

I did a ton of research before purchasing. Never been happier with a washing machine like this before! Cleans clothes very efficiently, can do extra large loads very thoroughly, as well. A consumer reports top pick and a happy customer. Love all the extra settings and the finish. Extra quiet. Only con was the price. But I've learned you get what you pay for!

I love this washer. We returned the LG washer that was rated higher through Consumers Report (do not buy LG, awful experience, spent $450 reworking our pipes because they were "knocking" and it turned out it was the washing machine... It was defective. LG originally came out and told us it was the pipes and after we did all the work, it turned out it was the piece of junk washer. Ugh! ). Well, we upgraded to the Samsung and I couldn't be happier! It's worth the cost!! No more knocking. The machine is very quiet, efficient, has a lot of options, easy to use and easy to read the control panel (LG's panel is very hard to read, not enough contrast between the words and the background). Also, the washer feels solid, the door feels solid, the soap tray isn't wobbly and the sides are not flimsy. LG's washer felt the opposite, especially the door... it seemed cheep and felt like it would eventually need some work. Two thumbs up for the Samsung washer! Only drawback was the price but at least I don't have to listen to all the racket that the LG was making anymore! Ugh again for LG!

This washer is great if you need to wash large loads of laundry. It easily handles towels, comforters, and sleeping bags. No more trips to the laundry mat for these large items! I highly recommend this washing machine. I originally purchased the top loading version, but I had problems with the spin cycle constantly causing the machine to be off balance. The front loader is worth the additional cost.

This is the biggest washer I've ever owned, easily takes care of a king size comforter -Love it and it does a great job. Somewhat on the expensive side but worth it for all the features especially the hot water wash. Does a nice job with the gentle cycle too.

Love love love!!! Had for a month now. So silent that the first couple of uses I had to consistently keep checking to make sure it was running. I get laundry done faster with more load capacity. Just absolutely love it!

Beside the fact that I got them for a very good price at Best Buy during Black Friday sale the machines are great with all the bells and whistles, very quiet, large capacity, clothes come out clean in overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

Modern technology rocks - this machine is the best. It is so quiet I have to keep myself from checking to see if it is on. The clothes come out so clean, and all the bells and whistles make it fun to use.

Got a steal on this, super quiet, washes my king size comforter with no problems. Very big unit, make sure you have room for it, we purchased the pedestals with it, and it looks awesome.

I needed a large washer and this is perfect. We have other Samsung products so went with the Samsung. It is perfect for the volume of laundry I do. I can wash my King Size comforter with no problem. It's also very quiet which is nice. So far so we love. It!

Love the color of these appliances. The machine does an excellent job of cleaning our laundry and is much quieter than any machines we've previously owned. It plays a cute tune at the end of the cycle which is nice a to have over a the normal "buzz" or "beeping" one usually gets. The extra capacity prevents clothes from coming out in a crumpled ball and allows the load to spin out the excess water so it lessens the drying time significantly.

Just jump right in with all your clothes on! No, probably should not do that but you can load this bad boy with at least 2 regular loads of clothes. With a family of 8, we can do one load of jeans, shirts, and all permanent press stuff and one load of underwear, socks and t-shirts. Boom 2 loads and we are done for the week. The bedding cycle is excellent for sheets, mattress covers and comforters in one load. I am so happy with this purchase.
