What is the minimum installation counter height? My countertops measure 35.5inches from the surface to the hardwoods. Is this enough space required to install the unit?

My counter is 35 9/16 and it fits just fine. There are adjustable feet for leveling and height adjustment.

35 7/8" to the bottom of the stove top lip which would rest on the counter when adjusted correctly it will not go any lower than this for us. Sounds like you would have a slight gap like we do.

I understand there will be clearance but will there be a gap remaining between the countertop and the lip of the stove?
