“The rear of my cutout is 35.75" and front is 36.06" (floors not level). This is from floor to top of counter. Based on specs provided by Samsung, it appears the minimum is 36.19", so won't work for me. Anyone else have experience and can confirm?”

I had similar clearance concerns with the side lips of the range, the top of my countertop is 35.5" however there's enough clearance between the countertop and the lip of the range. The minimum height of the lips, as you stated, is 36.19 so you should be okay. The range can also be adjusted up 1" if needed. BTW, I'm really happy with the range, It took a minute getting used to the higher output of the burners but once I adjusted it cooks like a champ.
