Hi Don, I have a solution to that. This range has a "pizza" function that is designed to produce a crisp and browned bottom while keeping the topping moist. Here https://bit.ly/2LfsOBA (page 47-48) under the "Using the easy cook feature" you'll see how to set it. ^Jefry
