“stains on my "stainless steel" and bluish burns on the black burner covers I have a stain around the right front burner and the oven vent which exhausts the heat from the oven. I have used soap and water and a stainless steel cleaner but nothing works. We dont cook with grease so I have no idea what these stains are from. Even if we did the oven vent is stained as well so it cant be an issue with food because the vent isnt located around any area we cook from. The black covers for two of my burners have bluish burns on them that will not clean away either. Again, I have no idea why these have appeared. No one else is complaining about stains or bluish marks on the covers so this may be an issue with the materials themselves being defective. I contacted Samsung and of course they said clean it with a cleaner. Any suggestions?”
