Convection cooking is more thorough than regular cooking. Convection cooks food faster and more evenly with a heated fan system that is great for baking and broiling. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry, I really couldn't tell you. My range fried out a couple of weeks ago. It actually worked for 3 weeks and then the panel fried. I have to light the gas burners with a match, this is actually worse than my Grandmother's stove. At least that stove had a constant pilot and always lit up when you needed it.
