• It's not ideal - I think Samsung has their own cast apps (in fact, two different ones) ... but neither work well, even with my Sansung Note 3. I'm sure there's a way to do it, but I haven't figured it out.

• If tv doesn't have apps created for those certain tv networks than I would recommend buying an Apple TV.
