I have noticed that if you put the video setting on auto ,as well as using the external light sensing on it tends to be dark and not clear as it should be! We had to tweak the settings in the video options and manually adjust the settings to fix it! I am 55 about to be 56 and my eyes are no longer those of a younger man, there is a setting in the video section that adjusts the tracking for motion blur that we adjusted as well! I still have to go into the video settings from time to time to adjust the normal/cool setting as well as custom setup for different types of shows for myself!!! You also might have to read the sound settings to fix the low or no sound issue? I am by no means an expert in this field!!! That is why my major complaint is that best buy refused to offer the in home setup, so with the technical equipment they have could have set it up right the first time!!! Even if I had to wait that would have been fine. But instead I was told that it would be another 175 dollars to have a geek squad member to do this set. Can't remember exactly the price! It already cost almost $600 with the protection plan!
