Hello there!  The height from the wall mount holes to the the top of the Samsung - 50" Class 8 Series is 6 inches.  ^Celina

Do not buy this tv. I purchased 7 of them six months ago and two of them will no longer power up and best buy will not service them. Samsung service is a total joke. Your sent to a third company that says they will try to find a service tech in your area within 9 days. If you dont hear from a tech in 9 days call back. ????? That's supposed to be service? Buy off the web for cheaper and get the same no service.
