“If the TV is already mounted on the wall is there any way to obtain the serial number?”

• Use your phone camera. Sneak it back by the serial number and take a pic. It might take several tries, but I’m sure you can figure it out. After all, you can fly an invisible jet....

• Hopefully you have registered it. Should be found online of samsung or calling customer service. I usually take pic of it & keep in folder in the event I'll need it & cant access it.
