• I use Rtings.com for all my reviews and calibration settings. http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ks8500 Per their site, the width for the stand on the 55" is 43.3" I own this tv and have an enclosed entertainment center, so my concern was the overall width, so I never measured the stand width personally.
