A:Answer the sound from this tv is better than any I've ever had, and I've had quite a few along the way... i have been thinking of adding the soundbar only because I've never had one and want to check it out. but its def not needed here. its great. crisp and clear.
and my guess if your wall-mounting the tv, you would either have the bar mounted to the wall directly under the tv, or get one of those tall long tables people usually put say behind their couch if the couch back is open to the room, and put the bar on it.
and yes you would buy a soundbar separately.
