Hahaha. I just posted a review with the ridiculous process I'm going through. Mine broke after 2 months and they have no clue when the part will be available again and neither Samsung or Best Buy will help me the least bit. It's a freaking joke. If that part is on backorder this fast for new model, I don't really consider that promising.
