I love this tv for gaming. I just finished playing Horizon Zero Dawn (on a regular PS4) and it looked amazing. Great colors, great response rate, just beautiful.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been playing xbox one and I have used a lot of high end tvs with it at friends and family's houses. This is the best it's ever looked. It works great with Xbox one as far as the refresh rate and the overall picture quality. The big difference I see vs my brothers 70" 1080p aquos is the vivid colors. But all in all if you have a newer 1080p set it's really not that different, but it will be if you plan on getting the next generation 4K consoles coming out soon. It is 60hz which I believe is all Xbox can do anyway but that could be a problem with the new systems. Also if you're like me and had an older 720p this set makes a huge difference when watching had content or playing games so don't hesitate you won't be disappointed!
