QuestionIs it True this tv has no audio output , so you can not hook up a sound bar

- Answer This tv does have a audio output! So yes you can hook up a sound bar. On bestbuys website it says that it does not, and so did the Best Buy employee, but if you look on samsungs website it says that it does. We were skeptical when buying it because of this, but when we got it home it had one!

QuestionI have this tv for less than a week and it has a big issue. The screen goes black for 1 second rendomly no matter what source i use: antenna, hdmi from my macbook, screen mirroring ... Anyone experienced this issue ? I have reset the tv twice already .

- Answer Just picked up this TV today, and having the same issue. Turned off all the eco settings, which didn't fix the random screen blink. Have now also turned off the 'auto motion plus' [under settings, picture, expert settings] setting which has eliminated the problem for over an hour now. Will update if problem pops up again.

QuestionI just got this TV and installed it. Every app (Netflix, HBOGo, MLB) works except for YouTube. When I click on the YouTube app, it is nothing but a black screen. Anyone else have this problem and know how to solve it? Thanks.

- Answer I'm the same person who asked the question. I ended up doing a live chat with Samsung directly and they remotely accessed my TV and the country code was incorrect. They set it to USA and now everything is fine. Thanks to all who answered.

QuestionIt appears that the motion rate says 120 but the real motion rate is 60 why the BS. It is the same with all the manufactures why dont they all give us the real motion rate

- Answer Motion rate 120 is a 60hz refresh rate. the way samsungs motion rate works is that it has a processer that can add a black frame in between every frame shown on the tv.

QuestionI purchase this TV and receive it after a week in box saying UHDTV only, no where was saying 4k on the package, when i purchase it in store they said is 4k UHDTV. did someone else receive it in same box, or there it is same 4k and UHD? Thanks

- Answer 4K is just a more popular way to say UHD, so this TV is 4K. So to be clear UHD = 4K no difference.

- Answer Well it is a bit complicated :) It actually does have HDR according to Samsung, but than again it doesn't. Bare with me here...so this is an 8bit panel and as such it just cant reproduce full range of HDR colors--real HDR planes are 10bit. Samsung has their own technology that boost colors little bit on this model, but it's but a gimmick compared to the real HDR. Than again, this is a great all around TV with more than decent color reproduction and picture looks almost perfect for everyday viewing. If you are after HDR on a budget this is what you get, if the budget is not a problem look at higher end Samsungs with 10bit planes.

- Answer This set has a native refresh rate of 60hz. Don't let anyone tell you different. The 120 "Motion Rate" is just a little interpolation trickery that all manufactures are using to confuse buyers. Look up some good professional reviews and you see the truth about many 120, 240, etc "rates."

- Answer mine came with smart remote and most ppl on here have also mentioned so did theirs. Samsung has many smart remotes, if you are referring to the voice activated smart remote than no, it will not work and does not come, the smart remote without numbers is the one that comes with it

- Answer This tv doesn't have full, true HDR. HDR however allows for more vibrant colors. Ultra HD (aka 4K) is the resolution, aka pixels.

- Answer It does not have an analog tuner - really Best Buy get the specs corrected! Per Samsung's website is have and ATSC / Clear QAM tuner. Just got this TV yesterday and can verify for myself it picked up some local digital stations without a digital antenna even attached. The main difference appears to be no BT capabilities.

QuestionTV gets darker while watching TV. Color is fine but after about 5 minutes, TV brightness gets dimmer. Has anyone experienced this, and found a way to fix?

- Answer You have to turn off the ECO setting on the TV. When this setting is enabled it will adjust the brightness of the TV based on the brightness of the room it is in. Once you turn it off, the brightness levels will remain what you set them.

- Answer A 50/50 mix of rubbing alchohol and distilled water works great in a spray bottle. Very cheap and no streaks. Use a very soft micro fiber cloth.

- Answer When my TV arrived they removed it from the box, screwed the base on, placed it in my desired location, and helped me program my WiFi. They offered to help me connect it with cable but I don't have cable. If that's what you mean by set up then the answer to your question would be, yes.
