- Answer the remote receiver is on the bottom right corner of the tv. you can see a small tab sticking out about a 1/4 of an inch.

- Answer NO! when it gets to 4k resolutions, the refresh rate is actually 30hz, you need 60 to be mediocre, 120 to good. I was tricked b/c it said 60 on the box, but it's not

- Answer I use a Nano Revolution HDTV Antenna with excellent results. The antenna is on an inside wall in a condo complex and enjoy local channels and streaming movies.

QuestionJust purchased this TV and had a question about the stand. I connected the tv to the stand but it seems like the tv seems to move even though the screws are tight. Is there alittle give to the tv on the stand or should it secured?

- Answer I had the same issue... it was jiggly when i screwed the top of the stand to the TV first, then screwed attached TV and top of stand to bottom of stand. Instead, I snapped & screwed the top piece of stand to the bottom piece. Then i put the TV on the stand after. It still isnt completley stable but it helped tremendously.

QuestionDoes this TV works on dual voltage ( 220 V) , secondly in South Asia , it's PAL system( not NTSC) . Will it have any issue , if I take it to Pakistan ??

- Answer Hi Mike76, the USA is on a 110v 60hz power standard, where-as most other countries use a 240v 50hz standard. A converter would be needed to power the TV in a country using the 240v system. Also, the USA uses the NTSC and ATSC broadcasting format. Most, but not all, countries use the PAL. TVs purchased in the USA are not compatible with the PAL broadcasting system without a converter. I hope this information helps. ^Rosi

- Answer It does have the standard 400 x400 wall mount compliant setup.... The TV takes M8 screws between 20 and 25 mm in length.

- Answer Table stands ,no. But you can mount it on a wall. It's fairly lightweight, but it's still a two person job because of its size

QuestionWHY NOBODY MENTIONED THE POWER PROBLEMS COMMON WITH SAMSUNG TVS. TV TURNS OFF AND CAN'T TURN UN WITH REMOTE .

- Answer Samsung has a known power supply problem which it was the subject of a nation wide recall. Apparently earlier models had bad capacitors in the power supply, Google or check E bay for Samsung capacitor fix or recall. After 5 months my 6370 would occasionally turn off then on. Samsung reps had me unplug the TV while powered up to solve the issue, the TV then would only cycle on-off-on-off continually non-stop, only powering off if I pulled the plug. I also had a damaged screen issue that resulted in Samsung deleting my remaining warranty without further assistance. Thanks to buying the TV on a Citibank card, I filed a claim and Citibank refunded my full purchase price. NO MORE SAMSUNG TV's, good picture while it lasted, awful to use smart remote, terrible customer service.

- Answer Hi Brandon, component in and A/V in are to receive signals into the TV. Digital Optical Audio Out and HDMI ARC are the 2 ways you can connect external speakers. ^Rosi

- Answer There are many reasons this could happen. Is the source the TV is connected to on? Does it only happen for a few seconds when switching inputs or changing channels (that wouldn't be too uncommon). If it is happening at random when nothing is being changed or selected on the TV, it could be a hardware issue.

- Answer there is a SECRET MENU that unlocks the Bluetooth capability of your Samsung Smart TV. Here are the instructions: • Step 1: While your TV set is turned off, press the following on your remote control quickly and in this sequence – MUTE button, 1, 8, 2, and then the POWER button. • Step 2: When the SECRET MENU appears, use your ARROWS, SELECT, and RETURN buttons to navigate. • Step 3: While in the SECRET MENU Select OPTIONS • STEP 4: Select ENGINEERING OPTION • Step 5: Select BT AUDIO ON OFF and make sure it says ON. • Step 6: Use the RETURN button on your remote to go back a level on the SECRET MENU and select MRT OPTION. • Step 7: Select BT SUPPORT and make sure it says ON • Now TURN OFF of your TV and turn it ON again, give it a minute, select MENU on your remote control, then SOUND, then SPEAKER SETTINGS, and now you will see the BLUETOOTH Option!!!

- Answer If there is one, I cannot find it. When I researched this model I used Consumer Report's website to compare this to other models and brands. On the comparison chart there was a line for headphone jack port and the answer there was "No".
