There are many reasons this could happen. Is the source the TV is connected to on? Does it only happen for a few seconds when switching inputs or changing channels (that wouldn't be too uncommon). If it is happening at random when nothing is being changed or selected on the TV, it could be a hardware issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These Samsung TV's have known issues, stay away from all Samsung TV's. Mine went out only after 8 months and began to flicker with no sound it just flickered Smart TV across the screen, well after one repair did not fix the issue I'm still waiting for Best Buy to repair mine. I'm having to wait 14-days for the 2nd repair! If it even repairs it at all. I went onto the Consumer Affair website and there are over 3,550 complaints about these Samsung TV's all have similiar issues with them.
