A:AnswerIt's just under 49x29. I highly recommend it be hung on the wall. They are so thin now it would be very easy to knock it over. The stands they come with are really small in comparison to the TV
A:AnswerYes me & my husband believe so. We had the 1080 previously & even though the TV is not being produced in the 4K yet, the picture is so much better than the previous TV we had. We love this picture much better and are very happy with our decision to go with this one.
A:AnswerIt does not. There is a tv almost exactly the same but $100 more that does. Same size and everything, just includes Bluetooth to be able to wirelessly connect. I have that sound bar but to save 100 I just chose to see a couple cables. Still worth the buy if you don't care about not having the Bluetooth connection.
A:Answerthe base is 33" wide and 13" deep. i'm very disappointed about it not having a swivel feature. my last samsung 48" was heavier and had a swivel base, i assumed this new 55" did not have a swivel base because it was heavier and would not be safe, but it's actually a decent bit lighter than the 48".
A:AnswerWhat would you like to know? I just put this in today and absolutely love it. Big upgrade for me. Clear images bright screen great sound. It's just a solid TV for $700! Don't hesitate to get one.
A:AnswerI am answering my own question after much trial ad error No, bi-amping makes no difference. This set has both Dolby and PCM optical audio output choices in the "advanced" part of the sound settings. When you are using a digital to coax audio converter (unless it is an expensive "universal" one) make sure the PCM mode is selected in the advanced sound settings. Most of the converters will handle only that and not Dolby. The default output of the set is Dolby (not true on earlier models) so you will get nothing through your speakers unless you make this change to PCM.
