• Hi Lynn, Voice Guide was activated on the TV. On the user manual http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201603/20160309182203220/ENG_US-JZATSCK-1.0.7-0304.0.pdf on page 62 it indicates how to use this feature. To turn if off, go to Home (Samsung remote)>Settings (Gear)>System>Accessibility>Voice Guide and turn off. ^Rosi
