“What is the location (measurement) of the mounting holes on the back of the TV (ie. 12" from each side of the TV)? I'm planning to use the Samsung mini wall mount and want to determine if I will be able to catch a wall stud.”

Your wall mount should have various locations to place the bracket on the wall. Mine had approximately a 16" slot, top and bottom, that allowed me to hit the studs no matter where the TV mounting screws are located.
