“We purchased our washer one year ago. The washer is leaking from the bottom. We have had two repair men in with no success!!! We keep getting a "1LC1" code on the top washer, and a "LC1" code on the bottom washer. Do you know what is wrong???????”

Mine is 2 years old, and I've had 3 service guys out with no success! They've changed the drain pump, and tried to clean it out. Next step was replacing the whole assembly. Luckily I bought the warranty and I am getting a new unit, but I am switching to a different brand, and paying a little more because I have had nothing but trouble with my samsung washer and dryer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I looked in the manual for troubleshooting that code. It could be an issue with your drain hose among a couple other things. I have attached a photo of the troubleshooting issue for those code. Hope this helps.
