My first instinct is to check the HDMI cable quality. Most folks think the cable type does not matter, but there is so much bandwidth required to push a hi-def signal (even more for 4k) that the cable really does matter. If it cannot get enough bandwidth it will momentarily blank because it loses synch with the signal. Spend the money to get the best cable (see my review of the Monster cable for reference) and you will see even better picture results from your TV than before.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It may be a problem with the unit itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The tv isn't the problem. It's the digital signal coming from your provider and the tv encoder reading the signal. Once it glitches at first it should run smoothly from there. It's almost kinda like a YouTube video when it first starts playing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sounds like your tv it's switching from say 1080 to 720, or what ever it needs to depending on what your cable provider broadcast in in order to give you the best picture.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check the quality / speed of HDMI cable you are using. Also are you going through a receiver input, and your output from the receiver to the TV, if so your receiver might not support 4K / 3D TV. You should connect directly from cable or satellite box to TV using HDMI cable
