• Yes about three inches, made for a soundbar underneath, I guess. I did not use the chrome feet. Soundbar was already mounted underneath shelf. Ordered a black steel and tempered glass universal center stand (think a rain forest in South America). It dropped it down to about one inch and looks like it is almost floating. And it now swivels.

• Legs are 3" and the way they slide on, clearance from the bottom of the TV to entertainment center is also 3"
