I was looking for a TV for my man cave, I had my this exact set for a month or so; when it randomly went on promotion for $500 cheaper than the 60" counterpart, I had no choice but to purchase. I haven't looked back since.
Pros:
Design is stunning (as expected from Samsung)
Picture quality (2nd to none)
Feature rich (Netflix, Plex, Hulu, Amazon, and much more)
Xbox One S (auto detects 4k HDR mode) games look ridiculously crisp and vibrant.
Viewing angles are fantastic
Mounting is a breeze with the included instructions.
Seriously, this has become my got o TV in the house over my main living room set (Sony Bravia XBR 4K).
You will NOT regret buying this TV. I am one of the pickiest people on the planet when it comes to technology. I am very critical and very rarely review or gloat over anything -until now. I want to show this off when people come over. I want to show them HDR Blurays and XB1 footage, I just can't enough of this thing. I have been through every major brand (Samsung, Sony, LG, Vizio) and none hold a candle to what Samsung has put out lately. They have even outdone themselves.
Cons:
Literally ONE - the software becomes laggy after a month or so (navigation of inputs and smart apps). However, I will not dock a star because this can easily be software related and fixed. Also, I did notice much better performance once I hardwired the TV vs the Wi-Fi built in. It isn't enough to dock a star though.
I am one VERY happy customer.

Purchased 65" TV for 2016 Christmas. Used for 5 weeks. The TV has some great features, and I'd give a 5 star rating if they always worked reliably which they do not. Specifically, the remote, integrated streaming apps, and audio search feature. I really like the simple small design and solid feel of the remote, but it's a modest Universal remote which syncs with my Xfinity cable box, but doesn't always work. Button mashing to trying and change a channel or open the guide occur often and so I'm regularly changing over to the Xfinity remote. The integrated smart TV applications don't always load and just spin at the load screen specifically Spotify and to a lesser degree Amazon Prime, and Netflix. (My TV is hardwired via Ethernet and I've excellent speeds, but that has no bearing.) So, again I'm often switching to my 4 year old Roku and that works perfectly every time, even with WIFI connection. The TV remote has a terrific feature - voice search. Simple and easy to use. Just hold the button, say what your want, and the TV will produce a search result of what you said, typically of streaming sources it finds. It's quick...when it works, which for me is about 50% of the time. To fix Voice recognition problem, I need to power cycle the TV (unplug the power completely.) This resolves the Voice recognition/search problem for a day or so, but upon reconnecting power cable, the TV loses it's preset configuration to other components, such as my home Theater Receiver, and you have to go through the paring setup process again. Reconfiguring is not complicated and it's quick, but still... Picture quality is only as good as it's source. Upscaling is fine, but obviously the perfect 4K vids they play in the stores are the ideal. Most of my content is via cable TV and Streaming, and high def and 4k content look excellent. I don't have a 4K player, but Blu-ray content looks incredible. The room is very bright during the day (daylight), and this TV is great for a bright room. The screen doesn't reflect window light as I though it might, so that's terrific. At night however, the screen is too bright for a dimly lit room as configured, so I tend to change the settings at night or turn a bunch of lights on. It would be great to have a feature which auto detects the room brightness (like a smartphone) with some user control to tailor the brightness levels. The appearance of the TV is great. It looks expensive... small V shaped chromed stands and small bezel. In conclusion, I like the TV, but would love it if the remote maintained connection to it's other devices, the audio search worked reliably, and all the smart TV streaming apps loaded consistently as my $50 Roku.

I missed out on the Black Friday sales last year so I postponed upgrading my TV until this year and I am so glad I did. Was able to compare last year's version of this set without HDR side by side with this year's model with HDR. Major difference in the picture's richness and realism and so worth the wait. I often adopt new technology too soon and in this case I'm glad that my being cheap won out over my desire to be first because after seeing this picture there is no way I would be satisfied with anything less. Overall style A+,Picture A+, Ease of setup A+, Price A+. You can't lose with this TV.

This is a great TV from top to bottom. Picture is excellent, great contrast, blacks, little to no blur on fast moving images. The feature set is solid as well. Quick and seamless transitions between apps and cable or my antenna. I would say the speakers are good although I stopped using them once I put my soundboard back in and haven't spent a ton of time with them on. The only downside would be the relatively small number of apps available for use. It has everything going I normally use but doesn't have "playstation vue" which is how I stream my cable service. Other than that minor downside, I'm completely pleased with this purchase.

This is our first 4K SUHD TV, we had an LG 50 inch 1080p TV, we ended up moving that to our room, now we have this amazing TV.
It's a 4k with HDR, now that apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video have some 4k streaming we are able to enjoy it!
This TV looks amazing with 1080p and 4k content.
Remote is very easy to use, just buy it.
Thanks for reading!

The picture quality is amazing, the sleek design draws attention even when its turned off, really happy with the price and product all around. I wouldn't call myself technical by any means, but if you're going to drop 1500+ on a TV it makes sense to do you homework on getting the right TV to fit your space and budget. The image quality is incredible and each of the settings has it's own advantages. With prior TV's, i feel as though I only ever used one or two of the 5-8 settings that came with the TV. I find myself switching the settings on this TV constantly depending on what I'm watching and each of them fit their intent well. The sports setting both image quality and sound make a big difference if you want to get a realistic feel of a live event. I bought a soundbar, however the sound from the TV really isn't too bad. If I had anything to critique it would be the Remote and how it integrates with my cable provider. The voice search really doesn't work for anything other than smart TV apps, so if you watch the majority of your context through your cable provider, you'll either be fumbling remotes or taking the long way around.

This TV is a Big step up from my seven-year-old Sony X BR which I thought was an incredible TV at the time. I finally got a big 65 inch screen was fills my room with incredible colors are in creates an experience it is truly a pleasure. The TV is very easy to use the remote control takes a little bit of learning and practice to get used to but I prefer it over those big hundred button controllers. I also like how it interacts With the electronics I have connected. One connect system makes hiding wires super simple.

I had the first SUHD model of this tv which was the JS8500. The newer model that I received through a warranty replacement just 16 months after purchase because of multiple lighting issues is the KS8000. The 8500 model is a curved panel now, so I had to downgrade to the KS8000 for a flat panel. I'm just gonna review the new model to avoid any confusion. The edge litghting is on the top and the bottom and isn't a full-array of LED backlights. The TV has great black levels and vibrant HDR colors that upscale normal blu-ray to look stunning with the high contrast ratio and deep blacks it produces. however, in a dark unlit room the light bleeding shows it's true colors. Bloooming level 10/10, light bleeding from top-bottom 10/10. The TV backlight is purely edgelit with no local dimming. Aside from the lighting inconsistencies, the remote is easy to handle and the TVs' UI is very fast, responsive and user friendly. Overall this TV is a good first TV but falls short on my rating because of the high price point and very poor backlighting. Other brands offer FALD TV panels for the same or less money.
Ive included a photo of the TV in a dark setting to highlight the light bleeding/ blooming effect.

This TV is all picture with it's tiny frame, and the picture is simply amazing, especially the 4k content. I've had this TV for about 4 weeks now. Hanging it was the hardest part (definitely a 2 person job). Set up was easy. It recognized my cable box and the Xbox immediately and I just had to input the receiver brand. The picture itself needed few adjustments. The remote is small and takes some getting used to since there are no numbers on it. Since my TV is hanging on the wall, having the one connect setting on the shelf under it means it is a lot easier to make changes (add/remove equipment).
I'm glad I waited to upgrade my old DLP HDTV to this 4k.

I bought this TV as a replacement for an 8 year old, 46 inch Samsung HD TV. That TV served us well and had a terrific picture. Seldom was someone in the house when it was on and they did not comment on it. This one exceeds that picture! We have had it for about a month and have watched our old DVDs, cable TV, Hula and Amazon movies. Stunning picture! Watching true 4k content, unbelievable! However, the sound when not running through my AVR system can seem muddled at times. Tried working with Samsung support on several minor setup issues and they were worthless. None-the-less, this is a great TV and my experience says we will enjoy for a long time. The set itself is beautiful, very thin and with virtually no bezel. Looking forward to having the geek squad come out after a burn-in period to obtain the best results with a final calibration!

I did tons of research before buying. Replaced a Panasonic 75 inch that was too big for the room with an "average" picture quality.
We wanted to explore UHD/4K, but not at the "entry level".
This is a gorgeous TV, turned on or off. Setup was a breeze.
Funny, I hooked up a Samsung soundbar, started to get confused with the setup and the TV recognized and acquired it. Smoother than...

We re hesitant to spend so much for a TV, but, wow! Worth every penny. Crisp picture with excellent color. I am almost distracted by the detail we can now see. What made this purchase even better was BB's customer service. We were blown away by the sales rep and the Geek squad rep. Wish we would have bought a new TV sooner... We had hesitated with our old projection TV because we loved our entertainment center, but we ended up having the Geek squad install this new TV on a wall mount that extended the TV out to the edge of the entertainment center's edge. We are so happy!

3 years ago I bought an excellent 55 inch TV. The HDMI was fried during a lightning surge. I hadn't bought insurance so I bit the bullet to buy again. I read reviews, wanted a Samsung to communicate with my smart phone and shopped around. The salesperson at Best Buy was most knowledgeable, understood what I needed, and did not try to pressure me. I bought a 65 inch on sale, this time I included insurance.
Last night, I watched reruns of Downtown Abby. I couldn't believe the difference my new TV made in watching experience. The colors were so much richer. The lightning power surge was a gift in disguise.

I spent a great deal of my time over the past 2 years researching what TV was going to replace my Plasma screen that I have grown to love. Problem with tech, like you all know, is that new stuff is constantly being added thus making perfectly good tech obsolete in a short amount of time. My Plasma cost me almost 2k at the time I got it and it was by far the best screen available, still is in my opinion, but this 4k offering from Samsung is a very close 2nd in overall quality. Now there is no beating the LG OLED at this moment but who has 4-8k to spend on a TV that will be old news in a few years. My goal in mind was to buy a TV that would be future proof with a min of 4 years. So it had to have 4K, & HDR both of which this TV has and does flawlessly. There are enough settings to make this TV look and feel however you want, plus there are websites all over the internet that will show you how to set up this beautiful screen. In the showroom it looks amazing, at home with some time and patience you can make it look even better. I bought the 4K Xbone to go with it and played madden in up converted 4k and wow it’s amazing. Forza Horizons 3 came out this week and it is the first HDR game and it is by far and away the most beautiful game I have ever played. A lot of you have been waiting on 4k, but now is the time, prices have come down, both the Xbox and PS4 soon will carry 4K content, and the TV itself is able to stream 4k flawlessly out of the box from You tube and Netflix. The Tv does not do much when it comes to up converting a bad Comcast signal but even my Sunday football games are noticeably better. Some may look at the price and say there are cheaper 4k units, yes that is true but do the research if you want a screen that can do everything that is being offered at the moment this is it. All the other cheepo boxes don’t offer 4k at 60fps, don’t offer HDR, have watered down colors, don’t get blacks right, have bad motion interpolation, bad viewing angles, and are used with cheap LCD screens. Read the reviews you will see what I mean. This is a bezel-less 1 inch in total thickness screen, its top notch stuff here folks and you will see that once you turn it on the first time. But you must calibrate the screen properly to get the best experience! Also get a 4k receiver if you don’t already have one. I made the mistake of spending thousands on my sound system 2 years ago only to have to replace my receiver because it won’t take an HDMI 2.0 signal, thus I have to a bunch of special wiring to make it all work and thus its very tacky. If you plan on running your stuff straight into the TV, you will be fine. Enjoy this fine offering from Samsung you can’t find anything better for the price!

You better buy a soundbar or have supplemental sound if you listen to music/concerts. Max setting @100 just begins to jam, produces min bass @max bass setting. Listen to movies @60, news @50, if house is very quite can get by @35 on news broadcast all with no soundbar. My Vezio 4ch wireless Soundbar supplements all viewing except news with excellent results, woofer and left/right speakers sit behind couch. Movies/concerts at half to three quarter setting on soundbar, rarely full volume unless muffled broadcast (watch out for commercials). Rtings.com will give you the most complete technical info to select the best tv. I bought this one with a 6 outa 10 score on rtings.com. for picture quality. After research and 2 years of use there is no other tv I would rather have. Best picture ever. FYI, set color manually on a live broadcast Golf Tournament, it has the most vivid greens, blues and reds, also neon color clothing in audience. These colors are easy to over do, presets are too much or too little as are a couple other settings, use dynamic etc... rtings.com can help with settings also. PICTURE REALLY POPS !!!!!!! BADASS, especially nature shows!

So far, so good. No complaints after having installed and now been in use for one month. Very good picture quality using ATT U Verse receiving 1920x1080i. Sound quality is as good or better than similar TV's of other brands. I Installed a Viseo sound bar for even better results. The TV and sound bar are mounted in a modified custom wall unit that had been built several years ago for the old style format heavy console TV's. I used the Kanto - Full-Motion TV Wall Mount for Most 37" - 75" Flat-Panel TVs. It extends up to 21.8"with excellent results as it allows a larger TV to be positioned flush with the front of the smaller wall unit opening. It can then be extended out for easy access to connections and equipment inside the wall unit behind the TV. See image attached.

I was worried about this TV at first, as I'm now on my 4th set. The first 2 I ordered from a large online retailer in order to avoid paying tax - both arrived damaged, so I decided to get a refund and purchase locally at Best Buy. The 3rd came and worked great for about 1 hour then just turned off and would not come back on. So Best Buy came and picked it up and brought me the 4th. Here I am a month later and it's still working flawlessly.
Pros:
The picture is beautiful on 4k. Upscaling looks good too for 1080 material. The bezel is almost invisible around the screen which gives a very sleek look. Sound from the TV speakers is actually not bad at all.
Cons:
The only con I have - and it's really more of an annoyance than anything - is that I have to use the One Connect box. I just assumed (yes, I know. That was my fault) that the One Connect was only an option in addition to a standard HDMI input. But there is no HDMI input, So if you want to use an external source, you are forced to use the one connect box. And my setup requires that I wedge the one connect box behind my mounted TV, which won't allow for a completely flush-mount profile. I understand what Samsung is doing here, but I would still like the option of a standard connection.
Overall:
This a great TV overall. No major issues with picture, sound or operation. The only flaw is really minor in the grand scheme of things and I would definitely recommend this television. Only plan ahead for using the one connect.

I was torn for several weeks between the KS8000, KS9000 and Sony's XBR-X930D. I ultimately choose the KS8000 because I preferred it's Tizen user interface over Sony's Android TV. The relative image quality was similar among the 3 options, certainly not enough to justify the $500 premium for the higher end KS9000.
I have used the KS8000 for Xbox One gaming, HDR Amazon videos, 4K movies, Firestick as well as TV over digital antenna and AT&T UVerse. It is paired with Samsungs HW-J650 soundbar. Everything I connected was easy to set up and is compatible with the Smart Remote. I have zero complaints about picture quality or any perceived video lag.
The one issue I have had was a gap opening after using the television for a while. The plastic back started to separate from the bezel as if a clip wasn't holding. I contacted Samsung and had a tech come to my home and there is basically no way to fix it permanently because it's held together with clips and double sided tape, no screws. Heat from the TV flexes the plastic. It's not obvious but if you look really closely from the side you will see light in the gap when the TV is on. There are YouTube videos about that same issue but I may just live with it unless it gets worse. For the picture quality, UI and smart remote, it is worth it but minus 1 star
