QuestionHi! So I use an HDMI splitter since this TV only has 2 ports. When its on input 1 on the splitter but the apple TV (which is on input 3) is on and the apple TV turns off, the whole TV turns off. Is there a way to fix this?

QuestionHas anyone resolved the issue with the screen freezing and not responding to the remote? We don’t want to unplug our tv several times a day just to reboot it so it will work. Our tv is not even a week old and we are so disappointed in our purchase!

- Answer Hello hydra8, The 65TU7000 has the ability to use any universal TV wall mount, as long your wall mount fits 65" TV's it will work for you. The VESA support is 400 x 300. You will need 4 screws - C-mm 20-22, M8, pitch 1.25.
