• This is a 2019 model. I did research and found this tv was a better tv than the 2020 model. Apparently The 2020 8000 models are really equivalent to 7000 models. And so on. Do your research.

• Yes, that true. It's a malfunctioned, crap TV and should have been recalled rather than "stop selling". You don't want it. Get a refund while you can.
