QuestionWe are a Roku household, and I hooked up a Roku Ultra using HDMI 1. The HDMI is only supporting 1080p HDR+, but Roku indicates it can support 4K HDR+ if HDMI settings are changed. How do I change the HDMI settings on this TV?

QuestionCan this tv be wall mounted? How much cost for installation on wall?

- Answer Hello Jansky, Yes, mounting is possible. Cost ....About $70.00 to $190.00 for parts to mount..labor would be about $125.00 should be no more than that. A 65" TV weighing 80 pounds requires a wall bracket that can accomodate it..So you have to pick and choose. The bracket I recommend would be a "full motion" bracket..this way it can tilt or point in a left or right direction. Additionally you can move it off center while still pointing forward. Geek squad would do it.

- Answer Yes..you have only 1 (one) usb port on the cu7000 2023 model..use it wisely. If you are still needing to connect a Roku stick..your obviously not using the latest tech with Roku.. you understand this TV has the Tizen platform..which is leaps and bounds better than the Roku stick..which was meant to be used on TVs without a digital platform.. only a usb drive connection..pre 2017. Just download the Roku app..then login to your account. Youll be better off.

- Answer The TV is pre loaded with 4K HDR..this is inherent in the set..load the Roku app..login and enjoy. There is NO NEED TO ATTACH THE ROKU EXPRESS DONGLE. Lol. Your wasting memory and resources. This TV is advanced and you can load many of the express apps right into the Tizen platform which is the Home Screen.

Laptops, tablets, phones and smart home devices (such as home hubs and smart TVs) can connect to a 5G WiFi router the same way they currently connect to your home broadband one. Plus, you don't need to install or pay for a fixed line. Simply plug in your 5G WiFi router and you're good to go. Initial setup will recognize your 5g wi-fi and give you the iption to connect to it..simply input the wi-fi password correctly..your good!
