• We love our TV but the colors can be very bright but I wouldn't take it back for anything great tv.

• It is very bright when it first comes on. When the TV starts playing it is no brighter than any other TV. I believe the colors are deeper- not brighter.

• You can set the brightness level and the backlight level to make the display darker. The TV also has a room light sensor and can automatically dim the TV brightness in a dark room.
