The only way I see is if you have a “tech tube” on your wall to run the wires down behind the drywall. Having said that, I have a tech tube and the connector for the box is too big to go down the conduit. I’m still trying to figure out a solution short of tearing into my drywall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cable is 15 feet long. You can run it behind the wall if that’s what you mean by completely hidden. The body of the TV has a channel for the cable which allows the TV to sit flush against the wall. That’s how I installed it.

Please try again later.Yes you can make a hole in the wall in the same location as the one connection on the back of the TV, the size of a single gang low voltage cut in ring (orange single gang ring at home depot). You won't be able to put a face plate on it as this will cause the TV to stick out from the wall. The other option would be to use a recessed single or double gang box if you want to cover the hole a bit. Then you can place the one connect in an adjacent cabinet or the other side of the wall up to about 6' away. Make sure you put the cap on the cable when running through the wall to avoid any debris in the connector.
