“This dryer was installed today. It seemed to be working when it was installed. However, I just tried to do my first load and now it won't spin. The cooling light and end light are on while the heat light is flashing. What can I do to make this work?”

Those lights are supposed to stay on. The blinking light is what indicates what cycle the dryer is in. The drying, cooling and end lights all stay on during the cycle, but the current status light will blink. The manual has it wrong. I already verified with samsung that that is normal operation. They said the manual is outdated.
