• Buy the cord that Best Buy sells to go with the dryer. We thought we would use our old one, but they are not the same and the old one wouldn't work.

• The machine comes with two 220v cords. One is 4 prong and the other is 3 prong.

• The dryer cord will be three prong or 4 prong, make sure you look at your existing electrical outlet and /or dryer plug. the dryer comes with installation and delivery included, you'll just have to pay for the plug. If doing it yourself, the directions are self explanatory, and the wires are color coded. Hope this helps.
