I have Totaltech and still had to pay for the hoses
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to buy the fill hose separately. It’s very inexpensive and available at Best Buy. To ensure you’re buying the appropriate hose, call 1-800-BESTBUY for help. That’s what I did & they sold me the hose that I picked up from my local store before installation. The hose comes in a kit that includes a dual head faucet. One head connects to the hose to your dryer for the steam function and the other to your clothes washer. You do not need to contact a plumber in advance to add the dual head faucet. Best Buy’s delivery and installation service will install it for you as included in the delivery and installation fee.
