A:AnswerWe had the same problem. Found out it was a blockage in air return. We have a new build. It had nothing to do with the dryer. Double check air return.
A:AnswerThe y connector and the short water hose(that splits the hot water from the washer) is included. You need to purchase the hose for the steam line. I just purchased and realized this after we wanted to hook up machine. The advertising is misleading. Don’t do what I do. I have to drive a hour back to Best Buy to get this hose which cost $30. Now also you can use the dryer without the steam function until you get that hose.
A:AnswerCheck to see if the 'eco' setting is on. That may be causing the issue. When doing certain cycles (timed dry for example) the 'eco' setting will be activated. If you turn that off by just pressing it that may resolve your problem.
