- Answer your cold water might be "turned off" at the wall connection. I only wash in cold water to save money so I hit the temp button to cold ( one light) . If the clothes come out steaming-hot...then you are not getting any cold water.

A pedestal is not required, but adding a pedestal to both washer/dryer, it is more comfortable to load and unload laundry. QuestionAfter doing a wash cycle, in the event that some water does not completely drain like from a heavy blanket, can the washer be set to do a drain spin cycle only. To remove remaining excessive water if such a problem occurs? Thank you for you help. Bill.

- Answer I had this happen when I tried to wash my clothes on a cold water cycle. The installers put the hot water on the cold water supply and vice-versa. Instead of only cold water, it was all hot. I had to reverse the hot and cold water supply hoses.

We do have some models available that use our Multi-Control feature. This feature connects the washer and dryer so that the washer's control panel can operate both the washer and dryer.
