I had the top loader model for years and never had problems with it until it finally ran it's course. This front loader runs very quiet and smooth and works great. My wife is short in stature so she loves the convenience of the front loader because she no longer has to climb on step ladders to reach inside of the deep hull of a top loader.

I purchased the set a few months back now im happy to write this review. My wife and were treated very respectfully and helped from the moment we walked in the store to the moment we hauled the set away . The washer and dryer work amazing and are exactly what we were looking for quit but not under powerd , not to big but still able to fit a decent load . My clothes always smell clean and never have any visible damage. Definitely a great purchase.
