QuestionI had one of these dryers delivered on Wed 5/19. It ran but did not get hot and then the second one was delivered on Monday 5/24 and it does not get hot. Best Buy tech just left and says this one needs to be replaced. Anyone else have this much trouble

- Answer No. In this day and age more and more appliances do not come with the power cord. So, the cord must be purchased separately. That is true for this particular dryer.
