I just spoke to Samsung and this was their response: Samsung Electric Dryers do not come with power cords because the power outlet for the electric dryer can vary from house to house. They may have either a 3 pronged or 4 pronged power outlet.

No power cord included. They are specific to the outlet you have in your home. Take a photo of the outlet with you.

Not included. You will be promoted to buy the power cord and exhaust vent during online check out. Best Buy will not install the dryer unless you have brand new cord and vent.

No, depending on your socket for your dryer you will need to purchase the 3 or 4 prong cable. If you are replacing an older dryer the cable from it should be able to be used on the new unit and the prongs should already match your existing outlet.
