A:AnswerHi Elynrose.
Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+ regarding washing bathroom rugs. Regarding your concern, we do not allow to wash thick or hard mats even if the washer mark is on the care label. This may result in injury or damage to the washer, walls, floor, or clothing due to abnormal vibrations. Also, do not wash throw rugs or doormats with rubber backing. The rubber backing may come off and stick to inside the drum, and this may result in malfunction such as a drainage error
I suggest you check this link to your user manual. Please go to page 11.

A:AnswerMy washer window dips in - I think that’s what you mean. The dryer door has double windows with the outer flat. Hadn’t noticed that, but it is odd. Even so, I think it’s meant to be that way.
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, Momof3! First, here is a link (https://bit.ly/3EAn8wI) to the user manual for this model. Pages 18-20 have detailed diagrams showing all the dimensions you'll need, including using the matching pedestal. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking. This model dryer (DVG45T6000P/A3) is a fully gas model. However, all Samsung gas model dryers are able to be converted to run on propane using a compatible conversion kit. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Stacy! You are correct that stacking the units will place the dryer's control panel at the top in a high location. We do currently have a few models available that can connect together and use the washer's control panel to operate both the washer and dryer. You can find these models here: https://bit.ly/3s4fqrz. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Danny! This model does not have the ability to connect to Wi-Fi. Because of this, it is not able to be controlled or monitored by a smart phone the way that our Smart Control models are. However, it does have a Delay End feature that allows you to select the time you want the cycle to start and end. You can read how to use this feature on page 38 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3lmPsM4). ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Paula! Samsung pedestals are not designed to hold the weight of both the washer and the dryer stacked. Because of this, we do not recommend using a pedestal with stacked units. ^Jecca

A:AnswerGreat question! Samsung washing machines use various technologies to minimize how much water is used. In addition, Samsung washing machines are high efficiency (HE) and use significantly less water than previous generations, while still getting your clothes clean. If no water is entering your washer, it will typically display an error code. For more information about water levels in your washer, check out this link: https://bit.ly/3ENM0Ce. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHello, the pedestal raise your washer and dryer to a more comfortable height for loading and unloading laundry. It is an accessory that can be purchased separately but it is not required. The compatible pedestal for this model washing machine is WE402NW/A3. We thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Lena
