“I bought this and it's extremely loud! I read a comment that it's supposed to be quiet. Does anyone have the same experience of it being very loud? I'm wondering if it was an installation issue. I used Geek Squad thru Best Buy.”

I'm having the same experience. I got rid of a 12 year Samsung and it was 10X quiter than this new one. It's extremely loud.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just installed mine today, highly disappointed , drum makes a thumping noise i can hear 2 rooms away . Even does it when its empty. Purchased cause it had good reviews but mine wont be one of them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it is still new it should be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Typically there is two to four issues that could be a problem. In no relevant order, the rollers of the drum, heating element, overall level-ness, the attachment of the vent line, etc. In any case, it should be quiet.
